Due to continued success across our vertical markets we are looking to strengthen our senior management team further with the appointment of an A&F Recruitment Director. This recruit will develop and build our A&F Specialism across the north continuing on from our A&F brands successes else where through our network of nationwide offices. The Position The role of Director of Accounting & Finance will take full accountability for all of Interaction Recruitment’s A&F recruitment services within the Northern network. Initially this role will require an individual who has sound local and regional knowledge to kick-start the business. You will have an understanding of how the marketplace will change in the forthcoming years, and above all be able to proactively adapt, evolve and prosper during periods of change in the competitive A&F sector. You will need to establish billings and the A&F specialist brand and team within the North region. Interaction Recruitment invoices 1700+ customers a week alongside this our £70m turnover and 250 staff give you a tremendous platform to build on the business throughout our network. There will be the opportunity to leverage from our existing customer base although you will be expected to win and develop your own business. Further to this you will be required to build a team around your successes then develop and mentor this team either from a hub location (Sheffield, Leeds or Newcastle) or from multiple sites. We are not just looking for someone to manage a region; we are looking for someone to grow, lead and subsequently inspire it to success. Requirements As an A&F expert, you will have working knowledge of recruitment within your region along with experience of working at a senior level. Suitable candidates come with significant experience of billing alongside developing A&F teams. This role should appeal to the most ambitious and entrepreneurial of leaders with experience of managing teams of 20+ at various levels either from a hub or multi site background. We expect our leaders to be able to demonstrate an exceptional track record of personal and team billings with a real desire to build and develop an A&F business that they can call there own having the opportunity to become a stake holder with in the group following there success. Strong personal billings to enable us to invest into you growing your team and specialism is a preference for the successful candidate as with our most successful of senior management having contributed directly during the early stages of there careers here at Interaction. We are looking for an exceptional leader with a proven track record of success in A&F Recruitment with 10+ years in the sector. You will have operated at principal consultant level and above in an organisation of similar size and structure as a minimum standard.
