Regional Recruitment Director - Engineering & Technical Division Southampton, Portsmouth, Maidstone, Watford or Crawley Based Southern Region Salary £50k to £70k + Bonus + BMW car About Interaction With turnover of £70m, 250 staff and strong profitability we are looking to continue our growth through the appointment of a regional recruitment director in our Technical & Engineering division. We are very strong financially and whilst other agencies have gone through difficulties and contracted, Interaction has expanded well over the last 10 years. This recruit will develop and build our Technical and Engineering Specialism across the South continuing on from the successes of the division else where through our national network. With a branch network of 30 offices we offer our clients a great national coverage. Currently we operate in 8 specialist vertical markets (Commercial, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Driving, Construction, Accountancy & Finance, IT and Health & Social Care). These specialist divisions provide great cross selling opportunities across our client base. Each division works as a specialist business unit and we are looking for a leader to progress and grow our Technical & Engineering business in the South. We opened our Engineering and Technical division 3 years ago. With an established team and client base in the Midlands we are now looking to continue these successes in other regions. Responsibilities include: * To set up Engineering & Technical in the region * To build and develop the team * To develop revenues and profitability Candidates for the above roles will be able to demonstrate the following: * Will have at least 5 years recruitment experience * Be able to show evidence of a successful career recruiting within the technical & engineering sector * Have significant experience of billing alongside running teams of 5+ staff * Have the ability to be entrepreneurial to drive business forward * Sound local and regional knowledge of client base and relevant connections. * The ambition to not only to grow but to compete with the top billing specialist divisions and regions. During the early stages you will be required to add your own personal billings to establish the division. There will be the opportunity to leverage from our existing customer base although you will be expected to win and develop your own business. Further to this you will be required to build a team around your successes then develop and mentor this team in the South West Region. This role reports in to the Managing Director, Andrew Gilchrist.
