Temp-Station Ltd are looking to expand their recruitment team onsite at their client in Cannock, for an Onsite driving recruitment consultant. * Ensuring that client requirements are met * Advertising, screening and interviewing candidates * Managing and maintaining working relationships * Networking through social media * Maintain the candidate database * Meet KPIs and targets * Reference checking, Checking eligibility to work * Booking candidates onto shifts * Reporting absence * Manage the new starter induction process / documentation requirements * Checking and verifying payroll on a weekly basis * Maintain client relationship to ensure 1st class delivery of service * Confident communicator, excellent telephone manner * Enthusiastic, organised, * 0830am-5pm Mon-Fri
