Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen within Perfect Placement for a Recruitment Executive to join our team. Perfect Placement, the Automotive Industry’s Recruitment Agency of choice, are looking to hire an enthusiastic and career driven individual. This is a unique position for someone who is looking to make their mark in the world of recruitment. You will enjoy hands-on and dedicated training from one of our most experienced consultants, which in turn will ensure you are well equipped with the knowledge and skills required to hit the ground running. Specialising solely in the Automotive Trade, the role of Recruitment Executive is to work alongside a Principal Recruitment Consultant and you are expected to be involved heavily in the running of the area, sourcing and selecting candidates for a number of Motor Trade Vacancies. Perfect Placement is a family run company that ensures it is not all work and no play. With a 3,000 sq. ft. chill out area which includes pool tables, table tennis and games consoles, there is plenty to take away stress from the working day. Previous recruitment experience is non-essential for this role; we are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, the ability to remain calm when working under time constraints and pressure and someone that can deliver an outstanding service to everyone they speak with.
