Momentum Group offer both Recruitment and training solutions to companies across the UK and are looking to expand due to winning New contracts in the north of England for both Recruitment and Training. The Recruitment side of the business offer both temporary and Permanent recruitment solutions and focus mainly on the Industrial, Warehousing and Distribution, Production and Engineering sectors. Our training arm to the business work with the unemployed offering life changing skills within Welding, SIA Security, CSCS and Hospitality and Catering. We also work with businesses to offer employed people the chance to upskill their current workforce within numerous Disciplines. The Role Due to winning new business in the north of England Momentum are looking for individuals to join our team in a recruitment role. We are looking for hard working dedicated individuals from either a previous recruitment or a strong sales background to join our team based in Carlisle. Duties * Sourcing candidates using job boards to fill temporary and permanent recruitment vacancies * Cold calling local business to offer both Recruitment and Training solutions * Managing Existing client base servicing all recruitment requirements * meeting with potential clients to discuss New business * updating spread sheets and CRM * Interviewing and registering Candidates both face to face and via phone, skype attending local job centres etc. * Adhering to weekly KPIS set by senior Management what you need * Proven track record in either a recruitment or sales background * Driving licence would be an advantage or be close to passing test * Keen eye for detail * well presented * A hunger to succeed and over hit targets * a strong and professional work ethic.
