Recruitment Executive: Here at The Recruitment Bar we are now looking to expand the team, and therefore we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Executive to join our dynamic team. This role will take responsibility for ensuring we are communicating effectively with local businesses regarding the services we offer, negotiating terms and working with the team to swiftly source the very best applicants within the market to fulfil a range of contract and permanent commercial vacancies for our impressive and expanding client base. You will be trained in the use of the most innovative recruitment search and selection techniques, with ongoing support and professional development. Your duties will include: * Communicating (phone and F2F) with local organisations, ensuring they are aware of the quality services we offer and the added benefits of working with a recruiting partner. * Tender and PSL applications. * New Media marketing responsibilities. * Taking job vacancy briefs, including all core details as well as obtaining in-depth knowledge of specific vacancies to assure understanding of who you need to find. * Utilising the full range of innovative sourcing techniques to find the best prospect candidates. * Providing comprehensive briefing to candidates, engaging regarding available opportunities. * Undertaking telephone pre-qualification calls with candidates. * Scheduling in candidate interviews and sending email confirmations. * Undertaking in-depth registration interviews to ascertain suitability. * Pre-selecting candidates based upon relevant experience, skills and overall cultural fit. * Formatting CV’s in line with matched vacancy ready for submission to client. * Carrying out interview check in calls with candidates, providing advice and guidance. * Continually developing pipeline of suitable applicants based upon pending client requirements. * Undertaking all general supporting administration (emails, database updating). * Maintaining a wider knowledge of vacancies and contributing suitable applicant suggestions. The ideal candidate will have / be: * You will have a keen interest in people! . * New business development experience (preferably local B2B) is essential. * Tender writing experience is preferable. * Ability to work within a fast paced, deadline driven environment. * Articulate with rounded communication skills – over the phone and face to face. * Exceptional organisational skills and able to manage multiple and conflicting priorities. * Proven track record in delivering a high level of customer service. * Tenacity, focus, and creative thinking to recognise opportunities others wouldn’t. * Strong influencing skills, able to handle objections with positivity and action. This role will be hugely integral to supporting the ongoing development and growth of The Recruitment Bar, the successful applicant will benefit from hands on training and development.
