Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Executive to work for a national training provider working out of their Derby centre. This is a proactive role where your focus will be on filling vacancies with new businesses and providing them with suitable apprentices around the UK. Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader, you will be responsible for identifying and gaining new clients /accounts across multiple sectors. You will develop relationships with employers and learners to achieve your monthly targets and key performance indicators. You will play a key role in meeting our growth plans. Main Duties: •Monthly targets for engaging new employers and identifying opportunities for placing apprentices within those organisations using direct employment and Apprenticeship Training Agency (ATA) model •Preparing candidates for interview, going through interview preparation and interview techniques. •Develop a talent pool of candidates and work to place them appropriately within employer network. •Responsible for placing the right candidates with the right employers, to ensure high levels of success and retention. •Responsible for ensuring ATA learners are in continuous host employer placements. •Manage data entry of CRM, internal software systems, Caseload Management and MI Reports. •Provide daily report of performance to Recruitment Team Leader •Ensure all individual KPIs and objectives are achieved •Engage in a blend of hot/warm/cold calling to engage prospective apprentices using a variety of channels daily. •Responsible for visiting employers and conducting Health & Safety vetting of potential premises. •Responsible for ensuring prospective apprentices are eligible for funded programmes and suitable for employment. •Maintain and grow a pipeline of vacancies, to place predominantly, 19-23 year olds in apprenticeships. •Maintain and grow a pipeline of vacancies using the ATA model. •Attend events as and when required to support recruitment process. •Maintain the relationship between employers within pipeline •Establish interviews for apprentices with employers via a matching service •Complete all paperwork to compliance standards for each apprenticeship start
