Job Description

Firefish Software is of-fish-ally the Best Recruitment CRM (we have the awards to prove it!) and due to massive ongoing success we have an oppor-tuna-ty for another Fish to join our Product Experience team! We release numerous new features, improvements and customer requests each and every week - as well as a Beta release every three months - so it's imperative that our developers' work is thoroughly tested to make sure we don't release anything that could break any part of the system. Our Product Experience team know all areas of Firefish inside out, and carry out in-depth investigations and testing to spot potential issues prior to features being released. They also look after our client community and keep everyone in the company updated with details of what's in each release, and why our customers will love it! As a Product Experience Specialist you'll become a power user of Firefish and look at user journeys, feature usability and functionality, taking into consideration how features work technically and how it feels to use them while identifying potential areas of improvement in the software. You'll also be testing new features, updates and improvements to make sure everything works as it should before it's released to the live environment, and documenting how you've tested it to ensure that any member of your team can replicate the testing you've done as and when required. It's really important that you understand the jargon, pains and joy of success that comes from working in the recruitment sector, and have spent at least 8 months working in a recruitment agency, either as a resourcer, recruiter or account manager. You're going to love this job if: * You love technology, and are fascinated by how software works * You're naturally inquisitive and get a kick out of solving complex problems * You have great communication skills and working with stakeholders at all levels across various departments to find the right solution * You enjoy writing engaging content that excites your colleagues and/or customers * You're super-organised and enjoy working on multiple projects simultaneously This is a great time to join one of the fastest-growing tech companies in the UK, in a role that offers real opportunities for progression. You'll be joining a supportive team, in an environment where every Fish is encouraged to have their own voice and have input into the direction we go in. You'll enjoy benefits such as health cover, health cash plan, retail cash-back and discounts and flexitime, as well as a fancy coffee, a stocked drinks fridge and frequent social events. So...if you want to part of something ground-breaking, something different...join us
