That's why we invest time and energy into keeping their people trained, fulfilled and engaged in their work. We are seeking a team of recent graduates to join our Brighton office as trainee interns. The opportunity If you want to develop in career in a £multi-billion industry, where great recruiters earn in excess of £50,000/year with only 2+ years' experience or frustrated that you are not been given the opportunity to show what you can do, As a result of our success, we are now looking to give exciting opportunities to college leavers and/or university graduates who feel they are not being given the opportunities they want or deserve because they just don't have the right experience! The program will as give you the chance to see if recruitment is the career you are looking for. The program runs in 3 stages: Stage 1 - you'll join on a one-week trial / assessment and full training will be provided (unpaid) Stage 2 - once you've completed the trial, the internship will become a paid 3-month training contract where you will receive half pay. Stage 3 - If you successfully complete the training contract and meet your targets, you'll be offered a full-time role and your salary will be £20,000 and a bonus on completion of the 6 months. All you require to apply is the following: 1) Bags of ambition and enthusiasm 2) Interested in sales and recruitment 3) Interested in IT sectors - digital media, web technology 4) Willing to learn 5) Exceptional ability to communicate on a business level - both verbal and written 6) Strong presentation skills 7) Hard working and not afraid of long hours Please note: all employees have equal opportunities within the company.
