Recruitment HR Coordinator An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment HR Coordinator based in a Housing Association in City of London. Post: Recruitment HR Coordinator Rate: Circa £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience We are looking for an experienced Recruitment HR Coordinator to co-ordinate the delivery of high quality recruitment campaigns. Providing advice and guidance to hiring managers to enable the Housing Association to recruit the most appropriate candidate for each role and ensure that prospective employees have a positive and value add experience at each state of engagement The main duties of the role are as followings; Work with the HR Business Partner and HR team by managing the recruitment campaigns and candidate selection processes, support a range of assessments such as interviews, long listing and writing competency based questions. Work closely with the HR Business Partner, HR team and recruiting managers to provide a customer centric recruitment service that meet business needs Manage the candidates' experience through the recruitment process from sourcing to on-boarding. Working with the HR Business Partner to build talent pools to enable the management of prospective resources against future demand. Management of candidate progression via our ATS recruitment system -Vacancy Filler. Keep the Recruitment and New starter tracker up to date. Support the HR Business Partner in the production of meaningful recruitment metrics and analysis, making recommendations for process improvement and recruitment media options.Requirements A qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience. Minimum of Associate Membership of CIPD Working experience of managing recruitment campaigns using a variety of channels including social media and supporting recruiting managers with the process. The ability to build relationships and work with managers and other members of the HR team to get the best outcome for the organisation. Excellent communication skills with experience of writing Adverts and Role Profiles from a brief whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Knowledge and use of ATS to manage candidate experience.
