The Role: The role of the recruiter is more than just finding and sending candidates to clients. Recruiting requires a strong work ethic, persistence and team work. Successful recruiters and creative in their approach to souring candidates and supporting their clients & candidates throughout the process. Working out of our UK Head Office you'll be tasked with supporting one of our core Technical Engineering teams in Oil & Gas, Energy or Automotive, full recruitment training is provided along with a dedicated mentor to help you develop and gain the most from your year with Fircroft The Company: Fircroft is a leading global provider of HR and Recruitment solutions to the Natural Resource and Engineering Sectors. Essential Skills / Qualifications: Responsibilities * Source, recruit and maintain a pool of skilled, assessed, referenced and motivated contractors to meet the recruitment needs of existing and prospective new clients. * Ensure Fircroft candidates receive the highest level of support from recruitment through to submission and eventual placement. * 'Qualify' each role thoroughly with the Client to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the position and relevant criteria for selection of candidates. * Ensure client vacancies are filled in a timely and reliable manner through submission of carefully selected and appropriate candidates. * Always maintain and develop current client relationships to ensure that they receive the best service possible and maximise business opportunity.
