Intro Recruitment has been established for over 37 years and is currently undergoing expanision plans for 2020. As part of these plans we are looking for someone who enjoys speaking to local business on a regular basis. The role will involve working within a present team of 2 focussing on Temporary and Permanent roles within the Commercial sector ie Admin, Accounts, Sales etc The role will involve an hour per day of calling business to introduce star candidates to them which will involve a great deal of relationship building. If you enjoy speaking to people, have a warm and friendly personality then we would like to hear from you right away, experience is not necessary just the ability to introduce yourself, the business and your star candidate to them in a friendly and approachable manner. Bonus is paid on all business won. You will also get the opportunity to go out and see clients once a week which will involve introducing yourself and the business to them. Full training will be given however you should have a background in volume phone work sales or recruitment previously. After first interview a personity profile will be taken out to ensure that the role matches both your personality, skills and will be something that you will enjoy doing.
