Begin your sales career here, come and join us in our modern Southampton Street branch on The Strand as a recruitment consultant. Brook Street is the oldest recruitment company in the UK and specialises in office support, customer service, marketing and sales roles, with no limits on who or what you can recruit for. Our branch is located just a short walk from Covent Garden and Charing Cross stations. Your job will be to pick up vacancies through sales activity and then find candidates to fill those vacancies. Of course there is a little more to than that but if I listed every part of the job on here, you'd stop ready and never get to the good parts, like the salary. You'll be someone that wants to take ownership of your income and drive sales to maximise your monthly bonus. You must have the right attitude and not be afraid to pick up the phone. You must be resilient (remember that time you had an idea and kept getting told no, but you kept going back and asking the same question, despite getting the same answer each time) and persuasive (you kept going back because you knew you could make them say yes, which they did). You must be target drive and be motivated by money. In return, Brook Street offer industry leading training, plus the support structures and technology that put you at a serious advantage over your competitors. It really is up to you if you succeed or not. The salary is generous as you don't need experience as a recruitment consultant to join us. We'll start you off on an annual salary between £20,000-£21,000 and London Weighting. You'll also have the opportunity to hit monthly bonus.
