ADVERT REFERENCE: TS-RECLEAD JOB TITLE: Recruitment Lead Location: Nottingham Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience From Finance Officers to Managers, everyone has their role to play in delivering excellence in Further Education. We are looking for a hardworking individual who is able to work on their own initiative to undertake a full time, permanent Recruitment Lead role at a leading Training Company in Nottingham. The successful candidate would need to be highly organised with excellent interpersonal skills and sharp attention to detail. Essential criteria: * Must have experience managing and maintaining key accounts. * Must have experience developing business and achieving sales targets. * Must have previous experience of working in Recruitment within an Education field. * Must have a level 2 qualification in a related subject. Desirable: * Experience of apprenticeships and employer related provision.
