Job Description

An East Midlands NHS Trust is seeking to appoint an experienced interim Recruitment Manager, preferably with NHS experience, who will manage a team of Recruiters. There will be some travel between sites required, and some home working. Main responsibilities: Lead and manage a dedicated recruitment team to provide the strategic oversight and operational support to all managers recruiting to roles and employees impacted by transformational change; Provide update papers to Management/Board on all transformational changes as required; Ensure monthly management information is provided to meet deadlines; Oversee the running of specialist recruitment and selection training courses. Key Skills/Experience: Significant recruitment experience within the NHS; Experience leading a recruitment team; Excellent communication and organisational skills.
