Recruitment Manager Leicester £35-£40,000 + Bonus + 28 Day Hols + Pension This is an opportunity to join and manage a business that is rapidly expanding and needs a manager who can be head of operations and lead from the front and continue to grow the team and business; someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and who can lead from the front. Additionally, you will also oversee our internal HGV Training Division. Personal Specification * To contribute to the growing and developing the overall business. * Strong management skills and the ability to manage people of all levels. * Good business acumen and the ability to think strategically. * Experience in budgeting and forward planning. * Resourceful, driven and tenacious, with a positive outlook and the ability to inspire others. * Reporting accurate weekly figures to the Directors. Job Description * Knowledge of recruiting Driving and Warehouse is a pre-requisite. * Experience in managing a team of varying levels and experience. * To be the person with in-depth recruitment knowledge, who can be relied upon to develop and guide the team. * A compliance champion, to make sure the job is done well and to the required standard. * Update current and design new recruiting procedures. * Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance. * Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire). * Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting etc). * Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs. * Maintain and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients. * Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques and current market trends. * Recommend ways to improve employer brand, working with the Marketing department. * Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs. * Stay up-to-date on labour legislation and inform recruiters about changes in regulations. * Support the recruitment budgeting process, monitoring and reporting spend against plan and providing management information reports as relevant. * Contribute to the monitor and report on the team’s delivery to identify trends and evaluate effectiveness.
