Our unique products and services protect people`s wellbeing and empower them to live their lives to the full, as well as underpinning an efficient, person-centred health and social care system.  We are always on the lookout for talented people who can help play a part in driving our business forward.  Position: Recruitment Manager  Location: Whitley Bridge, North Yorkshire  Job Type: Full time, permanent  Salary: £Competitive  About the role:  The Recruitment Manager will manage all recruitment activity for Tunstall Healthcare in the UK, with a primary focus on direct hires. Reporting to the UK and Ireland HR Director, you will be an integral part of a small but busy HR team.  Responsibilities:  - Work with hiring managers to further develop their direct hire model, ensuring they adopt the best strategy for each vacancy as well as attracting and selecting the best possible talent  - Deliver training and coaching to hiring managers on selection methods, and supporting them with interviewing and selection decisions as appropriate  - Manage relationships with external suppliers including recruitment agencies, advertising agencies and ATS provider, ensuring terms are negotiated and the best value is achieved within a set budget  - Building their external employer brand through various channels including social media platforms  - Manage and further develop the full end to end recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience is achieved at all times  - Production of metrics surrounding recruitment including quality of hire and cost per hire  - Leading recruitment and wider HR and talent projects to support Tunstall`s goal of becoming an employer of choice with the healthcare sector  Essential skills / experience:  - Significant experience of working as an in-house recruiter, particularly with reference to working within a direct hire model in order to reduce agency costs  - Appreciation of the legislation impacting recruitment activity, in particular equality and diversity legislation  - Management and development of assessment centres for volume recruitment  - Management of recruitment campaigns for difficult to fill vacancies in niche market  - Project management experience  - Interest in the broader HR agenda and a willingness to develop a broader range of skills  Desirable skills / experience:  - Generalist CIPD qualified HR professional (desirable)  You may have experience of the following: Recruitment Manager, Internal Recruitment, In-house Recruitment, In-house Recruitment, In House Recruitment, Internal Recruiter, Resourcing Manager, Resourcing Specialist, Recruitment Specialist, CIPD, IRP, HR, Human Resources, Recruitment, etc.  This vacancy is being advertised by EasyWeb Recruitment, the UK`s leading Online Recruitment Agency.
