We are seeking an innotive Recruitment Manager, who will assist in creating and retaining a sustainable talent pool encompassing the following tasks: * Manage the recruitment process via our applicant tracking system- across all levels and revenue streams. * Develop a recruitment plan by employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new and creative recruiting ideas. * Design, implement and measure sourcing strategies and processes that support and drive targeted and diverse candidate pipelines for current and future business needs * Maintain and develop a solid application data base and classify the short listed screened applications to ensure easy reference and accessibility for the Hiring Manager * Coordinate University Fairs in consultation with the Recruitment Team * Develop business working relationships within Universities and Colleges for placement opportunites * Prepare the weekly, monthly, & yearly recruitment reports. * Candidate Profile * Having gained solid ecruitment experience working within retail, catering or hotel environment or in a recruitment agency role will be highly preferred * Demonstrating a solid commercial understanding and knowledge of specific business areas and current labour market * The ability to create strategic, comprehensive recruitment plans which include innovative candidate attraction strategies to deliver improved performance and ultimately a greater number of potential recruits to the business * Experience in creating and implementing projects, processes, and systems from inception to completion, prioritizing and managing multiple projects and tasks * Ability to manage a high volume of change and deal with ambiguity * Sense of urgency, can do attitude with a focus on continuous improvement * Be able to commute to London and the other UK locations when needed. * Salary & Benefits * Excellent salary and benefits * Exceptional opportunity for personal training and development * Internal transfer and promotion opportunities * Food and Beverage discount across the group * Brilliant employee recognition programs * Meals on duty * Pension scheme * Cycle Scheme * Childcare voucher scheme * Employee assistance helpline
