We are looking for a Recruitment Manager that will drive our business to the roof and in order to do soyour duties will Include but are not exclusive to: - Managing a business development pipeline - Use of CRM - Working alongside the IT and Social Media Team - Monitoring attrition levels / retention of staff - Daily and weekly reports / absence Management - Cold calling potential clients and promoting our company services - Training and development of consultants - Staff / management queries - Manage all account advertising and candidate attraction plans - Monitor performance management - Daily management of internal staff and daily objectives - Passionate about sales! - Passionate about people! - Flexible & Organised Skills, experience and attributes required: - Our clients and candidates demands can change at any moment so you must be able to adapt in an ever changing environment.
