A great opportunity to join a lovely charitable organisation near Maidenhead/Twyford in a brand new, hands on, strategic Recruitment Manager position based within the HR team. Huge potential and opportunity to develop this role and your career and you will be directly contributing the the development and implementation of their strategy. They are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager who has a proven track record of delivery and strategic recruitment to join them to direct and deliver their attraction, sourcing and assessment strategy. They also need someone technology savvy with experience of implementing an ATS and making improvements to the system. Key tasks of the role: Develop candidate sourcing strategies and approach to access all appropriate candidate pools for key skills/roles with the organisation. Define and own the strategy for external recruitment vendors. Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and head hunters, ensuring appropriate service levels and terms and conditions are negotiated, maintained and renewed. Work alongside Marketing to ensure the brand is always reflected positively in the marketplace. Work with Line Managers to ensure successful appointment of their vacancies. Manage the end to end recruitment process Build candidate pools for key roles to reduce time to hire Develop the companies resourcing tools and be accountable for ensuring all candidates have an exceptional candidate journey Track and build continuous improvement plans Identify and implement fit for purpose Recruitment Technology Be accountable for the development of the assessment strategy and approach Look after the recruitment applicant tracking system and suggesting improvements where appropriate. Work with Training & Development to establish and embed behavioural competency frameworks, assessment tools and approaches as required Help identify and encourage internal progression Build and maintain knowledge on current and future recruitment trends Work with line managers to make sure best practice on recruitment and onboarding Personal Specification: Strong recruitment delivery and strategic experience Experience of working with Senior Leaders to deliver organisational objectives Able to prioritise and respond to changing demands and priorities. Experience of leading and motivating teams Ability to deal with complex issues Ability to negotiate and influence at all levels Experience of working in a sales organisation would be an advantage Due to the nature and location of the role you must have a full UK Driving Licence with own car.
