Job Description

Legal recruitment manager; Public Sector Interim Management. Full-time role, 5 days a week based in Horsforth, Leeds. Basic 40k, pension, health care, uncapped commission, Car allowance, quarterly and annual competitions worth up to 9k, prizes such as iPads, managers bonus, weekends away and a Social Committee to arrange company nights out. We need an experienced legal recruitment manager who is willing to either bring a team or grow a team of recruiters. The right candidate will be charged with the growth of the public sector legal offering and will be empowered to appoint the right team. Within your specialist area you will use our existing networks to develop your own trusted network of clients and interim managers who will rely on you to listen, understand their requirements and priorities and be able to meet their needs with successful placements. These placements are often business critical by nature so attention to detail in high pressure situations is key.
