Recruitment Manager - The Benefits: - Bonus scheme - Healthcare scheme - Pension after successful probation - 28 days plus back holidays - Parking available on site Recruitment Manager – The Company: We a looking for a compassionate and experienced Recruitment Manager to be responsible for recruiting staff and looking at different recruitment strategies to improve network recruitment and retention within the social care industry. Recruitment Manager – The Role: • Work with management to develop and implement a recruitment strategy across the network • Ensure there are enough staff with the right skills, knowledge and understanding to meet the needs of the business • To liaise with the HR support and provide advice on all HR matters • Responsible for sharing best practice techniques across the network and taking ownership of the career journey system • Promote anti-discriminatory practice in recruitment, selection and the implementation of all HR policies and procedures • Identify advertising opportunities, write copy for adverts and produce other promotional materials for the local press • Be active and visual in the local community, organise career/recruitment shows • Build effective working relationships with local recruitment providers and stakeholders e.g. online recruitment channels • Contribute content to the business microsite and make use of social media to attract suitable candidates • Monitor and evaluate recruitment campaigns and staff turnover to ensure recruitment drives are cost effective and develop action plans to improve retention • Arrange interviews and send relevant correspondence • Liaise with management to make sure staff receive appropriate induction training and ongoing support • Maintain accurate and up to date records relating to HR and recruitment matters Recruitment Manager – The Candidate: You will have previous recruitment experience with knowledge of legal responsibilities in relation to recruitment and HR matters. You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and compassionate with the ability to prioritise your workload and meet deadlines. You will be prepared to work flexibly as part of the team and be confident in managing relationships at a senior level. Recruitment Manager – The Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
