Our client, an elite tier US & internationally focused law firm is looking to hire a Recruitment Manager to join their stunning offices close to Bank/Liverpool street station. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a UK/US law firm to take a step up to a managerial position. You will be supporting the London office with all lateral based hiring for associate and business support staff. You will manage all aspects of the recruitment process and its related expenditure with full administrative support from the HR & Operations team. Duties & responsibilities to include: * Managing the training contract programme from on-boarding to qualification; * Organising Trainee and NQ inductions; * Preparing offers to successful candidates; * Attend the Annual Global Orientation in the US; * Monitor Trainee Supervisors; * Arranging and attending trainee interviews for vacation schemes and training contract candidates; * Setting up and updating new joiner and leaver checklists and attorney summary sheets; * Booking external courses for training. This is a permanent position and the well-respected firm is offering a competitive salary of circa £70,000 per annum, dependent upon experience. A strong IT proficiency, the ability to thrive under pressure and excellent organisational skills are essential, as well as at least 5 years of experience of working within a City or US/UK and international law firm.
