Job Description

The job: This is a Telecommunications and Power Sector Role. Managing the full cycle of a recruitment campaign from advertising, screening CV’s and holding telephone interviews Support operations centres across various locations in the UK Participate in regular meetings with the Head of Operations and contract Managers to discuss recruitment needs, the requirements and the market place and selection processes Source and manage direct candidate applications using Job Boards, Social Media, Head Hunting and other methods Ensure a consistent pipeline of quality candidates are managed through from attraction to selection process Explore the most creative and cost-effective recruitment methods Support in organising and facilitating recruitment Selection Days, Interviews, Company ‘Meet and Greet’ Days and Open Days Ensure all administrative elements of the registration and recruitment process are adhered to in line with Company standards Produce recruitment reports and statistics on a weekly and monthly basis This list is not exhaustive and additional duties will be required as necessary. Experience/ qualifications and skills required: Experience of direct sourcing candidates Proven track record in delivering and meeting direct recruitment targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong administrative/data entry skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a number of different tasks to completion Ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines Good understanding/knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
