Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager, to grow our established and very successful Industrial Division, based in Southend-on-Sea, Essex. We specialise in Industrial, Construction and Healthcare recruitment, on both a temporary and permanent basis and have been established since 1996. Due to the unique set-up of Jark, we are able to offer autonomy to the successful candidate and the ability to operate in a truly entrepreneurial way. This position is ideally suited to an experienced Recruitment Manager from an industrial background but we will consider any sector experience. Alternatively, the position may suit a Senior Recruiter looking for a step-up into management. The position will include new business sales, recruitment, retention and day to day management of a small team of experienced recruiters. You will lead and manage a the team, with a view to building this into a thriving division of multi-talented individuals. It is essential to this role that you have a full UK driving licence and ideally access to your own, reliable vehicle, as regular travel to clients will be a requirement.
