Recruitment Manager *£28 - £30 per hour* *East London* An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Manager based in a Local Authority in East London. Post: Recruitment Manager Rate: £28 - £30 per hour 3 - 6 months We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to ensure that the Council can attract, recruit and retain a motivated workforce and to be an employer of choice The main duties of the role are as followings; Ensure that the Recruitment Team works collaboratively with the Business Partnering and Organisational Development and Strategy Team so that work is joined up, value for money and customer focused Develop sustained structures, systems, policies and processes to enable the effective delivery of HR services To lead and manage the Recruitment Talent Team to provide a customer-focused service to the business. To manage HR related contracts and liaising with internal and external service providers and ensuring that contracts are delivered to agreed outcomes To establish and develop technology to address and improve HR service delivery and specifically in relation to recruitment systems. To establish a customer focused recruitment process that effectively link the council's brand with its strategies to attract and retain a diverse workforce.Requirements Significant experience of implementing innovative recruitment solutions in large multi-cultural organisations. Knowledge of integrated recruitment systems and experience of developing systems to improve the employee experience. Experience of designing and implementing innovative talent management and succession planning solutions Knowledge of how HR contributes to strategic council objectives.Clients are looking to interview and shortlist shortly, so please submit your CV promptly for consideration.
