Recruitment Manager Halifax HX1 c£30,000 (TBC) Permanent, Full-time We are looking for an experienced Recruiter/ manager to step into manage a small team. Working with a national business, you will be supported by senior management in opening this new office.  You will quickly be able to build up a small team around you in order to hit the ground running from day one. As this is a new branch we are looking for a very pro active manager that isn’t afraid of rolling their sleeves up and been heavily involved in new business development. As the team grows you will then spend more time developing and supporting your team. This role is ideal for a Senior Consultant looking for the next stage to their career, or an existing branch manager looking for a new working environment and challenge.  THE IDEAL CANDIDATE It is essential that you are experienced within Recruitment. Any sectors considered. Have a proven track record in developing your own clients and building a profitable desk. You will experienced in training and mentoring other consultants either as a Team Leader or Senior Consultant. Keen for progression and driven to run your own branch.
