Recruitment Manager Location: Peterborough, PE1 1AR Salary: Competitive Hours of Work: 9.00am – 5.30pm Contract Type: 12-months Maternity Cover About the Company: We are seeking an ambitious and driven recruitment professional to join our HR team as a Recruitment Manager. The role is expected to be for 12months and will be based in our Peterborough office. As an experienced recruitment professional, you will be lead the firm's recruitment strategy with the support of a Recruitment Coordinator and HR Assistant. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for providing a comprehensive recruitment and resourcing service to employees and the Management teams. The role is varied, busy and exciting with a focus on day to day recruitment of Commercial, Planning & Development and Rural professionals as well as graduate recruitment, employer branding projects and engagement strategy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to get stuck in and build on their recruitment experience to further develop their skills in what is a challenging and engaging role. Recruitment Manager Responsibilities: Responsible for the recruitment of Commercial, Planning & Development and Rural Professionals across the business Market mapping and using LinkedIn Recruiter to source and headhunt roles directly Source and develop relationships with agencies, job boards and social media sites as channels to attract talent and build talent pipelines Continue to reduce the overall recruitment expenditure on agencies by utilising best practice and direct sourcing methods; continue to review methods regularly Manage the Graduate Recruitment process from start to finish, with support from Recruitment Advisor and HR Assistant, liaising with recruiting partners as required, managing the Assessment Centres and attend Recruitment Fairs to promote the employment brand Meet with graduate recruitment partners to establish format and processes for the forthcoming year and update assessments to remain current Engage with property forum to understand competitors processes, recruitment volumes and salary benchmark Work with L&D to establish apprenticeship pathways and recruitment strategy within the business and raise awareness      of these with hiring managers who are looking for junior talent Work closely with the senior management teams to understand what behaviours, competencies and skills are needed for success and channeling these into the resourcing process Review recruitment processes to ensure practices are consistent, legally compliant and effective for business purpose Liaise regularly with the Finance Director and Finance team on budget headcounts and tracking; monitor budget codes and advise of any discrepancies with hiring managers Generate awareness of the recruitment team and it’s benefits through presenting Recruitment Roadshows and refreshers to offices and teams. Seek feedback to continue to improve processes Work with each Division on promoting their Employment Brand and recruitment advertising campaigns Recruitment Manager Requirements: At least 5 years’ experience within a HR and Recruitment role, ideally within professional services Ability to lead on projects and processes, managing multiple deadlines at any one time Experience working in a busy role, alongside senior stakeholders of the business Strong experience in providing advice to hiring managers and sharing ideas to attract the right talent to the firm as well as increasing our employer brand Excellent written and verbal communications skills Able to build relationships quickly across the different teams and manage external suppliers including agencies, universities and employer branding platforms Ability to supervise junior team members, providing them with continued support and development Recruitment Manager Benefits: Competitive salary 25 days annual leave Pension contribution Life assurance If you think that you are suitable for this Recruitment Manager role, please apply now!
