Job Description: Recruitment Manager Responsible To: HR Manager This role is responsible for managing the recruitment team on a daily basis and will also focus on recruitment of key operational support roles, management positions and head office roles. Monday to Friday, day working, based at Head Office in Slough with travel to company homes as required. Summary of Benefits: * Salary up to £40k depending on experience * 28 days annual leave * Company Pension Scheme * Company laptop & mobile phone * Pension Scheme * Free car parking The Job: Responsible for the day to day management of a team of Recruitment Officers team with a focus on ensuring that all recruitment is completed in a timely manner and as per the recruitment procedure. Report daily and weekly recruitment data to the business, including agreed metrics. Carry out the end to end recruitment process for nominated support assistant, managerial and head office roles as required by the business. Develop recruitment campaigns ensuring that recruitment is organised and conducted expeditiously for all roles. Responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing recruitment plans in conjunction with the relevant operational managers. The Person: You must have hands on experience in high volume recruitment, including managing a team. You must have first class planning, organising and administrative skills. You will have experience of working with the managers, supporting with recruitment to add value to the operation. You must have good IT skills and be an effective communicator. You will also be team orientated and results focused. Experience in health and social care is highly desirable. Full driving licence and use of own car to visit company homes to interview
