Job Description

Recruitment Manager We are looking for a forward-thinking leader in the recruiting technology space, who can drive technological solutions that add value and improve efficiency. For this role you will need to be a Workday specialist with experience leading multiple projects and collaborating closely with partners at all levels to deliver technology enhancements within the TA function. Responsibilities: * End to end configuration and ownership of multiple Recruiting projects, from scope, requirements gathering, analysis, development and testing through to implementation * Scope process improvement opportunities for the talent acquisition function, driving consistency across systems, processes, data and reporting * Drive standard methodologies among our end users by ensuring they are involved in each project from conception through to delivery and are engaged in training and enablement activities * Collaborate with internal teams and other functional areas to create innovative new solutions and enhancements * Serve as a mentor to validate functional upgrade and test system changes to ensure delivery of those changes against business needs * Act as key SME for all technical and non-technical solutions for the team * Ability to engage partners to think creatively about enhancements and solutions * Interpret Business needs, propose and implement solutions to those needs Experience: * Functional domain specialist of the Workday Recruiting platform for all business processes, enhancements and day to day operations. * Shown Workday configuration experience and ability to problem solve. * Demonstrable experience of working within a Talent Acquisition operations function in either a functional lead or system configuration roles, handling multiple projects * Good project management, multi-tasking and prioritization skills * Ability to stay motivated and work effectively with ambiguity and changes in a global organization, whilst collaborating with multiple partners across levels. * Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills * Mentoring and motivating junior members of the team on a technical and professional level To arrange an initial interview, please apply now
