Job Description

Recruitment Manager We would like to welcome a Recruitment Manager to our established recruitment team in Newport Pagnell. We are a team of passionate and dedicated professionals looking to recruit outstanding Early Years professionals across our 43 nurseries in the UK and our partner nurseries in China. As our Recruitment Manager you will earn £40,000-£43,000 per annum on a full time basis. In your role you will manage the Recruitment Team to ensure that the current and future recruitment needs of the business are met. You will provide a comprehensive and professional service which ensures the on-boarding process is efficient and meets all regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include: * To provide leadership in people management by providing guidance and support to colleagues and managers throughout the Company in relation to recruitment. * To enhance the current recruitment practices and lead on projects including recruiting early years practitioners for our exciting international project in China * To give guidance and support to managers on all aspects of recruitment practices that ensures excellent first impressions of the company. * To lead on the relationship with our Apprenticeship Provider and build relationships with colleges local to our nurseries. * To work closely with the Managers to forecast future vacancy requirements and ensure the team resource is effectively deployed using a priority approach based on the needs of the nurseries. * To research and explore new people marketing opportunities in conjunction with the Marketing Manager and monitor the success of new and existing campaigns. * To ensure the Recruitment Policy and procedures are compliant with all legislative requirements and that these standards and indicators are understood and implemented. * Develop and launch relevant Recruitment training tailored to meet the needs of the business and tackle business critical skills gaps identified across our management teams. International recruitment experience would be desirable.
