Value Conversation. The Role We are actively recruiting for an energetic and self driven Recruitment Manager to join our busy recruitment team. You will work in conjunction with the UK Recruitment Manager, UK Recruitment Hub and site leadership team to support business growth alongside maintaining existing established business contracts. Key Responsibilities: • Strategize, implement, and oversee processes for all recruitment activity within your remit. Establish and grow relationships with partners • Maintain a forecast and targeted recruitment plan that achieves your location/regional financial goals • Establish cost parameters and manage the overall recruitment budget of your location/region • Participate in competitive analysis and recruitment strategy development • Provide appropriate data analytics of resourcing levels, retention and attrition highlighting the implication on revenue and profit in your location/region • Ensure all company policy, relevant legislation, GDPR, GOS and ISO requirements are consistently met • Ownership of the candidate “journey” upholding excellent candidate experience • Provide input into new projects and new business opportunities in your location/region. Knowledge/Abilities: • Analytical thinking • Influence • Adaptability to change • Visionary • Recruitment market knowledge • Current legislation Experience Knowledge: Minimum 2 years Recruitment Management experience or Business Management/Ops Management (preferably in a fast paced/high volume recruitment setting). Experience in managing large volume recruitment with multiple clients, is imperative. Special Certifications: • L3 Certificate in Recruitment Practice (Cert RP) Travel Requirements: Travel between the Stratford and Coventry sites will be required. Reward: Competitive salary with quarterly bonus. COVID-19 considerations: Whilst on site you will be required to wear a mask and have your temperature taken.
