Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to run a construction division within our company. You will need to have 5 years + in construction sector - ideally white collar + blue collar. You will be managing a team of 3 recruiters and you will be responsible for their training, daily tasks and performance. An ideal applicant for this role needs to have M&E / steel work experience. Please note that this role is suitable for the top performers with the ambition to expand the business and achieve very excellent results by working outside of 9 to 5 hours, being well organised and down to earth at the same time.
