I am looking for a driving sector Recruitment Manager £26-35k Basic (depending on experience) plus £6-14k bonus (depending on your ability to generate revenue). Our top performaing biller in a similar branch opening situation at another location last year earned over £21k in bonus through our generous bonus scheme! You must be a dynamic career minded individual to join our exciting and growing team in Birmingham. Key Criteria: * Ensure you and your team deliver against budgeted revenue targets and performance KPIs * Take responsibility for delivering a strong performance against your own revenue targets * Maintain a positive attitude, and atmosphere * Maintain and grow existing client relationships * Ensure consistent service excellence * Strategically highlight new areas and industries for new client development * Identify and solve problems * Ensure that preemptive corrective actions plans are put in place for future growth * Strong administration skills and an eye for detail Duties will include managing a large and diverse driving work force to predetermined bench marks. Interviewing applicants and coordinating staff to work at client sites across Birmingham. You must be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills, drive / determination and the ability to work well within a team. Some previous management experience would be beneficial. However I will consider applicants who are currently successful consultants looking to make the next step in their career.
