Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager to lead and further expand our Crewe branch. The branch supplies temporary carers into private healthcare settings and the NHS, alongside the set up and management of a number of live in care packages within the area. As a member of the management team you will report to the Operations Director. You should be extremely motivated to provide a high quality innovative care service. What will the role involve? -Managing, leading and developing the team to ensure that sales and financial targets are met -Building solid, long term relationships with clients and providing solutions to their healthcare staffing needs. -Ensure suitable candidates are recruited to fulfil current and expanding client demands. -Carrying out business development to bring on new clients via networking events and market research. -Ensuring that the highest standards of care are met within the current risk and regulatory framework. -Developing and implementing a strategic business plan to enable the sustained growth of the branch.
