This is an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Manager / Talent Acquisition Manager / Internal Recruiter to join a leading manufacturer in the lighting controls industry. Due to growth and internal promotion my client is looking for an experienced recruitment professional who is fluent in either German/French or Arabic and has gained experience of recruiting within the lighting industry. My client is offering a very generous salary and benefits package to attract the right talent into the role. Overall Job Purpose The post holder will be the front line in identifying attracting and evaluating the next generation of talent for the business. Key Accountabilities 1. Build strong relationship with business and functional leader to identify organisation and business talent needs 2. Develop the sourcing strategies and manage the partnership with recruitment agencies to identify the best in class talent 3. Own sourcing networking while able to drive a high level of performance against aggressive hiring plans. 4. To establish a pipeline of best in class talent for sales and leadership needs including proactive planning of pipeline development insure all hires meet Lutron`s standard of excellence 5. Develop and maintain a best in class candidate experience Person Specification 1. Degree holder 2. Fluent English plus able to speak a European language French (prefer)/German/Arabic 3. Recruitment experience in the lighting control sector 4. 5 to 10 years recruitment experience. 5. Has established network across industry and business association 6. Experience to work directly with and engaging senior leaders in multiple functional and geographical areas 7. Proven expertise in talent identification competency based hiring and a trusted advisor to hiring managers 8. Proven track record of developing pipeline of best in class talent 9. Knowledge of MS Office and applicant tracking system such as taleo 10. Good vision of organisational and business needs 11. Strong researching, networking and selling skills 12. Excellent communication, listening, collaboration, organisational and influencing leadership skills 13. Resilient ,smart, high energy, self-motivated driver and Willing to rolls up sleeves and gets things done 14. Willing to travel UK and internationally 20% of time.
