You will be responsible for leading and coordinating careers advisory sessions for students and forming relationships with local employers to identify and secure graduate opportunities. You will lead a team of Employment Brokers who alongside you will deliver training sessions, manage and maintain employer relationships and work with internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: *People Management, Motivation, Coaching and Development *Performance Management and Delivery *Relationships and Stakeholder Management *Business Development *Attraction and Enlisting *Engagement and Diagnosis *Student Progression Key Requirements: *Experience of commercial recruitment and / or Training and Education sector *Experience of working in a customer facing, sales environment *A personal track record of working towards and achieving targets (minimum 1 year experience). *Experience of working in a performance target driven environment, such as business to business sales or equivalent *Experience of working in a fast paced environment. *Graduate and/or experience of working within HE desirable In return there is a structured career path that empowers high performers to progress rapidly.
