About the role You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process, writing adverts sourcing, initial screening, and conducting telephone interviews with prospective applicants. Responsible for all resourcing activities across the business, ensuring the sourcing, selection and appointment of talent is managed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Expertly engaging face-to-face, with a wide variety of people, you’ll strive to find the very best talent by using the latest social media and recruitment tools available. You will be dealing with a high-volume of candidates who will need your time, attention and support as they move through each phase of the recruitment process. It’s a challenging role with many rewards and the scope for development and career progression is second-to-none. You must ensure a talent pipeline is in place for all high-volume roles.
