Recruitment Manager - Global Professional Services Organisation - Belfast A Global Professional Services organisation with offices located centrally in Belfast is currently seeking to appoint a Recruitment Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery of an effective recruitment service for the Belfast office. The Recruitment Manager role is pivotal within the HR team, were you will be responsible for maintaining solid talent pipelines, ensuring the recruitment requirements of the Belfast site are met with high calibre candidates, who not only tick all the skills boxes, but cultural fit well within a corporate environment. The role is a highly visible within the organisation and requires a strong and confident communicator, able to liaise with senior stakeholders to ensure upcoming recruitment requirement are identified and pipe lined effectively. Key duties The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for planning and co-ordaining an efficient resourcing strategy for the Belfast Site, taking into consideration current market trends, business growth and headcount trends. You will also partner will various internal stakeholders, both in Belfast and other locations, to ensure a consistent recruitment service is being delivered, sharing and learning from any key successes. It is key a proactive recruitment service is delivered, ensuring various recruitment methodologies are utilised, including social media and direct sourcing, as well as liaising and maintaining strong working relationships with recruitment agencies. In a highly competitive market, brand awareness is crucial to sustained success, therefore the successful Recruitment Manager will be responsible for implementing a range of initiatives to enhance the brand in the Northern Irish market, ultimately enhancing the company's ability to recruit effectively across multiple disciplines. This will include partnering with local Colleges and Universities, ensuring the company are an employer of choice. The Person This exciting role would suit a seasoned in-house recruiter, one who wants to take their career to a new level with a well recognised, global organisation. Essential experience: - 5 years in-house recruitment experience - Knowledge of the Northern Irish recruitment market - A proven track record of managing high volume recruitment campaigns - Experience of recruiting for roles that require language skills - Knowledge of emerging trends in resourcing, with particular focus on social media and direct sourcing methods - Knowledge of recruitment marketing, including social media and direct sourcing methods - Experience of applicant tracking systems, as well as proficiency in MS Excel - Ideally come from a professional services environment The Package The salary on offer will reflect the importance of this key role, along with attractive benefits and working conditions.
