Job Title: Recruitment Manager *Location: Regional, North West (covering Merseyside and Cheshire) *Salary: Basic £28,000 - £40,000 + 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and benefits *Job type: Permanent *Start date: ASAP Are you a high performer, looking for a new challenge? Would you like to work on a new and innovative contract making a positive impact on the lives of young people and the communities they live in? ROLE OVERVIEW: We actively seek an experienced Recruitment Manager to work on a youth related contract. As a Recruitment Manager you will manage and lead the regional recruitment team to meet demanding targets and deliver the strategy to recruit young people onto the Programme. DUTIES: * Manage a team of around 12 individuals including Recruiters * Develop, implement and manage the strategy for attraction and recruitment of young people * Work closely with the National Marketing Manager to deliver the strategy for marketing on a regional basis * Liaise and work closely with all Corporate departments to ensure a cohesive approach * Support the National Recruitment Manager to plan effectively for peak recruitment and staffing requirements * Maintain a consistent recruitment performance through regular reviews and observations of the recruitment team * Liaise regularly with the Local Supply Chain Manager for the allocation of young people to Local Delivery Partners * Analysis of key trends and data in order to adapt the recruitment strategy and ensure consistent performance for each delivery season REQUIREMENTS: * Working to demanding targets and time lines in order to meet and exceed objectives * Experience of managing teams driven by targets * Experience of working with or managing teams that deliver services to Young People * Experience of building relationships at a senior level within the education sector * Knowledge of the needs of young people aged 16 -17 * Experience of engaging and managing senior stakeholders, ideally in a further education setting * This role involves travel throughout the region and will require own transport * Excellent interpersonal skills, including influencing, presentation and the ability to motivate others (desired) If you are interested in this excellent opportunity you can apply on-line, send your CV or contact our head office team on (Apply online only). **REFER A FRIEND** If this vacancy is not for your but you know someone who may be interested and suitable, let us know asap.
