Fantastic opportunity for dynamic Recruitment Manager / HR / Hiring Manager to join market leading international company at their Swansea site. The successful Recruitment Manager will be responsible for managing temporary and permanent labour on site. This will include: Ensuring site complies with UK and EU legislation and Right to work in UK legislation Managing Agency Managers and monitoring agency performance against service level agreements Understand and be involved in labour planning, highlighting any concerns in a timely manner Produce reports and metrics - identify unfavourable trends and implement root cause analysis and solutions Audit agencies on quality of assessment and recruitment processes Working with finance to resolve invoicing and payment queries Skills / Experience Required: Ideally experience of managing high volume temporary labour, or labour across multi sites Knowledge of UK and EU regulations, right to work, AWR Ideally a HR degree or degree level and CIPD qualification Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with internal departments, external parties and suppliers Experience of producing and analysing detailed reports from large amounts of data Pro active and flexible in approach Strong Project Management skills This role will initially be on a 12 month contract, with possibility to become permanent.
