Recruitment Manager – Supply Chain and Logistics £25k - £35k (£70k OTE Y1) Our client have numerous arms to their business, two of which are recruitment and supply chain. As they have an existing client base of supply chain contacts they are now take advantage of this and are looking for an experienced supply chain recruiter to head up the supply chain recruitment division. The client are looking to open a new office in London, depending on the location of the client., You will be required to carry out the following on a daily basis: - Use the existing client base to develop and grow the recruitment business - Developing and implementing sales plans and strategy - Using your knowledge of the supply chain industry to win new business and manage candidates After a couple of months, based on performance, the client would like to develop a team around you and would then expect the following: - Organising and executing training programs for branch personnel - Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback and coaching as needed - Recognising employee achievements and encouraging excellence in the work environment - Briefing employees on current sales goals, promotions, and other relevant information The right candidate will have the following skills and attributes: - Proven track record of consistent billing in the supply chain and logistics industry (100k a year) - A self starter who has the ability to motivate themselves and work autonomously - An in depth knowledge of the supply chain and logistics industry - The ability to recognise talent in supply chain - Strong advertising and the ability to attract the right candidates through marketing and advertising techniques The successful candidate will be able to negotiate a competitive basic salary and benefits package depending on experience.
