So an International Recruitment Agency/Consultancy in Woking is looking for a Recruitment Manager / Senior Consultant/ Team Leader to join their successful team. The job? So as the Recruitment Manager, you will be required to of course manage the team and assist them when needed. This is a billing manager role and you will be required to also manage your own desk. You will be required to put together budgets and forecasts as well as attend managers meetings and roll out any new procedures to the team. On top of this in 2018 you will be undertaking a recruitment plan as this branch is looking to expand its team with another 2-3 people. What can you bring? * You really need to bring with you the following including: * Ideally a background in IT/Engineering , however most sectors will be considered * You would have already been a Recruitment Manager in the past or you would have been a Senior looking to manager * Average billings £160k in IT or Engineering * Desire and passion to bring the team to an awesome level as they are at great at the moment. * Contract Recruitment experience is a MUST The nice stuff: Right this role is pretty awesome for the right person as not only can they offer you a successful readymade team but they can also offer the chance to expand the team and with that comes a great benefits package and a good basic.
