Job Title: Recruitment Marketing Consultant Location: Whitley, Coventry Rate: £23.80ph Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) Employment Type: Contract (12 month) Hours: Standard 40 Hours Per Week POSITION BACKGROUND/THE OPPORTUNITY Our customer are looking for a Recruitment Marketing Consultant to help build our employer brand, raise our profile as an employer of choice and play a fundamental part in ensuring that we reach and engage the brightest minds. The world of automotive is undergoing more change in the next five years than in the past 50. Technology is at the core of this change which means that the skills we need are different from those we have today. This is a really exciting time to join this iconic British luxury car company as we embark on the journey to bring our Reimagine strategy to life. Reporting to the Recruitment Marketing Manager, this role will sit within the Talent Acquisition CoE Team and have responsibilities across employer brand and recruitment marketing relating to candidate attraction, including social media, career site development, content creation and recruitment marketing campaigns. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Drive the ongoing development of social media content across our Life at JLR careers channels and blog. You'll work closely with our Social Media agency to ensure we have an active bank of digital content throughout the year to support our recruitment and talent strategy and campaigns * Collaborating with our wider Recruitment team you'll help develop materials and communications to bring our people campaigns to life both internally and externally. This may include project managing photo/video shoots, Diversity and Inclusion campaigns, Early Careers and other talent related activities. * You'll monitor the careers site, to ensure content remains relevant and on brand and will work with our Web agency to project manage all updates and continual improvements to completion * Building relationships with our external and internal Communication teams, you'll collaborate to optimise resources, manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions to ensure the Jaguar Land Rover brand is represented consistently across all channels * Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate data/metrics (Google Analytics, social media, Glassdoor), insights and best practices, and then acting on the information * Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested KEY STAKEHOLDERS / INTERACTIONS * HR, Talent and People Capability Team, Talent Acquisition CoE, Recruitment Delivery Team * Global Communications * Functional Teams (including Global) * Third Party Employer Brand and Recruitment Marketing Agencies ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE * Experience in employer or consumer marketing, project management or social media strategy * A strong understanding of the importance of storytelling in social media and marketing * A confident communicator and experienced content writer, with strong attention to detail * Data-driven and analytical, comfortable producing reports, unveiling meaningful insights and recommending action points * Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to balance ongoing larger scale projects whilst delivering smaller activations at pace * A team player, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders * Working under your own autonomy for much of the day, this role will appeal to a candidate who demonstrates accountability and thrives on 'getting things done' * Performance orientated, goal-driven, proactive approach to work * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint DESIRABLE * Experience in photography, filming, and video editing Additional Information: INSIDE IR35 ======================================================================= Do not miss out on your chance of interview – APPLY NOW!
