Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Recruitment Marketing Coordinator, to join a well-established and dedicated team for our client near Leatherhead. Based within the HR team, but reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll be maximising their presence in the job market, through a range of different methods including social media, job boards, the website, and printed materials. Job Specification * Manage job boards and liaise with account managers to ensure maximum usage. * Manage the catalogue of adverts which target different parts of the market * Analyse data to highlight key return on investment, where recruitment spend for attraction should be targeted and report on key trends. * Create materials to appeal to different target markets and coordinate distribution across the organisation. * Produce, coordinate and distribute materials for job. * Liaise with the Marketing team, to ensure the company is maximising their presence on the organisation’s website. * Update the company’s career’s page on the website keeping it current, vibrant and relevant, making it stand out from our competitors. * Coordinate social media campaigns ensuring there is high visibility of vacancies and engage services at a local level. * Keep abreast of national recruitment initiatives and analyse recruitment trends within the sector. * Liaise with Recruitment Managers to ensure in house system is continually reviewed and updated as required The successful candidate: * Worked in a marketing role preferably within recruitment setting * Excellent written communication * Confident at running reports and able to analyse trends * Good understanding of in design or alternative design software * Knowledge of how to make adverts appealing and stand out from competitors * Excellent understanding of social media platforms and how to maximise visibility * Good knowledge of a range of job boards and how to utilise them effectively NB: Unfortunately, due to the high number of applications Lloyd Recruitment Services receive, we are only able to contact shortlisted candidates.
