Job Title: Recruitment Marketing Coordinator Location: Remote  Salary: £15-18 per hour DOE Contract Length: Until End of Feb 2021 As the Recruitment Marketing Coordinator you will have a creative flair but also be adept at managing multiple administrative processes through a variety of systems. You will be familiar with recruitment processes and also scheduling of interviews and recruitment administration as well as being able to create marketing collateral suitable for graduates and university student relating to recruitment and job opportunities.  This role is a hybrid position offering someone with recruitment coordinating or recruitment administration acumen to also demonstrate their marketing and creative flair Job Summary:  As Recruitment Marketing Coordinator, you'll help facilitate execution of the university recruitment strategy. You will partner with the University Recruiter by coordinating engagements and events, interfacing with candidates, scheduling candidate interviews, and helping with various aspects of the recruiting process. Key Responsibilities: Facilitate the Campus Recruiting strategy, including marketing campaigns and partnering to identify creative approaches for Campus Recruiting activities. Schedule onsite interviews, coordinate interview days, arrange candidate travel, and process expense reimbursements Oversee and ensure accuracy of all candidate records in tracking systems, which include administrative activities required to maintain compliance (applicant files, etc) Liaise and manage communications with the Campus Career Services office to organise campus recruiting activities. Drive the final candidate hiring activities (creating offer letters, initiating background checks, collecting new hire documentation, and initiating all on-boarding activities and communications) Plan and manage logistics for campus visits including troubleshooting, and on-site logistical issues (e.g., last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, finding interview rooms). Partner with the business to ensure attendance at interviews and other campus related activities. Maintain a calendar of campus events. Ensure all documentation and references are regularly refreshed and remain up to date. Work closely with the recruiter, HR Business partners, and business groups, to ensure key parties have visibility to the campus strategy and delivery To qualify, candidates must have: Experience of creating recruitment marketing collateral and content A minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR/Recruitment coordination English language skills - good written and verbal communication. Adept at information/applicant tracking or recruiting databases/systems Willingness to travel and desire for learning
