We are looking for a Candidate Attraction Specialist (that's you) to help us plan, deploy and optimise the recruitment attraction strategies for Capita plc. Finding the right people for our business is fundamental to our success and you will help us to find and engage the best talent possible. Basically, we help our clients to provide the best service to their customers and you will play a massive part in making that happen. About the job You will work alongside your attraction & marketing solutions colleagues (a great team to be part of!) to develop effective candidate attraction strategies so we can recruit the best talent available. That means you will need to work closely with the recruitment team to understand their needs and make sure we have the right attraction activities across multiple locations at any given time. In some locations we are well known and in others we are not. Brand awareness campaigns will play a huge part in our success and you will be responsible for driving these campaigns using multiple channels, including our social media platforms. We will probably attend lots of career fairs and events too - You will make sure we know what events we should be attending, that we have the right marketing material available and the right people turn up to support the day. As you will know, channels don't always work - but if you identify the issues through effective data analysis and tweak the approach you can quickly make a difference. You will make sure we are optimising our channels ensuring a return on our investment. You will probably need to influence the recruiters to support this, even getting them to do things differently -Not always easy, but your influencing skills will get them on board! All in all, you will make things happen, quickly and efficiently and everyone will love you for it! Our ideal candidate First and foremost, you will have a recruitment background- ideally with a candidate attraction focus. Maybe you have been a recruiter responsible for developing and delivering your own strategies or you have been in a more specialist function or maybe even an advertising agency.
