We now have an exciting new role available in our Recruitment function. The Role The Recruitment Marketing Executive will directly support Agincare talent acquisition and most importantly retention, by producing and publishing creative, engaging and 'on-brand' Agincare recruitment marketing material so we attract and hire fantastic colleagues who are great role models for the Agincare company values and behaviours, and who will build their long-term careers with us. You'll support your team by acting as the 'champion' of standards for our recruitment marketing content, our applicant tracking system standards and by producing data and reports to measure our success. You will play an important part in building new things - a new recruitment function, new employer brand, new fresh content, our social channels audiences and our on-line employee referral scheme. You'll have a strong dotted reporting line in to Sales & Marketing to make sure the employer brand feeds off the overall Agincare brand. What are the main responsibilities? You're a natural communicator so you love building and maintaining strong proactive and transparent working relations with the Recruitment Business Partners, the Recruitment Service Desk teams and the Sales & Marketing function; Writing exciting and engaging content comes as second nature to you and you love producing relevant and engaging recruitment marketing material and content which will reach the target Agincare audiences; You're 'on-brand', you live eat and breathe the Agincare brand, and as such you are the 'champion' of standards and content of our recruitment marketing content both on line and off-line; You're creative but your attention to detail is also top notch, and as such you will produce recruitment and retention reports and also monitor standards on our applicant tracking system, interpreting trends and highlighting opportunities; Everyone needs to know what is happening, when and how to do it, and you will produce Internal recruitment communications including the Agincare on-line employee referral scheme. What will you need to be successful in this role? You're passionate about talent acquisition and marketing and you understand how the two can gel together to attract great people for Agincare; You have previously worked in a similar role with a medium to large company; You will be savvy with all things social media and recruitment technology, and how to use these platforms to achieve outstanding recruitment results; You will love creating content which is consistently fresh, modern, exciting, engaging and aligned with the Agincare employer brand; You're a natural communicator and you build strong working relations with colleagues with your positive 'can-do' attitude and desire to deliver quality work; You're that unusual combination of someone who is creative and innovative yet is also analytical and detail conscious so you will be comfortable with reporting, statistics and a bit of data crunching; Health & Social Care Sector experience is desirable; Marketing or related relevant professional qualification is desirable
