Job Description

A Recruitment Marketing Lead (Digital Recruitment Lead) is required for a Permanent Contract role paying £30,478.84 per annum with British Transport Police (BTP) based in Birmingham. BTP is the national police force for the rail network throughout Great Britain, including London Underground, across which we ensure the safety and security of nearly 3 billion passenger journeys and over 100 million tons of freight every year. The world in which we work is fast-paced, operationally and commercially demanding, and constantly changing. As Digital Recruitment Lead with BTP you will support strategic recruitment by using digital marketing to successfully run campaigns, create brand awareness, promote events, design and create editorials, podcasts, images, videos and recruitment materials. The post holder will be responsible raising the profile of British Transport Police and for maintaining the careers website and updating social media on a regular basis. Provide and recommend expert, strategic advice on recruitment marketing initiatives and be responsible for the delivery of the strategy. As Recruitment Marketing Lead you will be required to: * Implement and maintain a proactive and innovative digital recruitment marketing strategy and responsible for all recruitment marketing. * Develop, utilise, promote, regularly update and maintain BTP's careers website, recruitment intranet site, e-recruitment, microsites and social media channels, to ensure the most up-to-date available. * Research effective digital marketing methods to action the most appropriate solution. The successful Digital Recruitment Lead will be required to evidence the following skills: * Educated to degree level in English, Media, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or similar professional qualification or relevant equivalent experience * Proven experience of designing, implementing and delivering a digital recruitment marketing strategy for a large organization on time and within budget. * Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate, demonstrating gravitas and establishing credibility when giving advice and guidance at all levels of the organisation * Excellent organisational, planning, project management and time management skills, with the ability to work on several projects at once, often to conflicting deadlines If you are interested in applying to this Digital Recruitment Lead role then please do not delay as interviews will be held as soon as appropriate candidates are highlighted.
