RSR Police is a market leading recruitment business dedicated to supplying experienced practitioners on a temporary, contractual or permanent basis to the Law Enforcement, Cyber Security, Offender Management and Regulatory Services talent markets. RSR Police are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Marketing Lead to work with our client on a permanent basis, based in Central Birmingham. You will support strategic recruitment through digital marketing to successfully run campaigns, create brand awareness, promote events etc. The salary offered is £30,478.84 per annum. Main duties and responsibilities Support strategic recruitment by using digital marketing to successfully run campaigns, create brand awareness, promote events, design and create editorials, podcasts, images, videos and recruitment materials Be responsible for raising the profile of the organisation and for maintaining the careers website and updating social media on a regular basis Provide and recommend expert, strategic advice on recruitment marketing initiatives and be responsible for the delivery of the strategy Implement and maintain a proactive and innovative digital recruitment marketing strategy and responsible for all recruitment marketing Develop, utilise, promote, regularly update and maintain the careers website, recruitment intranet site, e-recruitment, microsites and social media channels, to ensure the most up-to-date available Research effective digital marketing methods to action the most appropriate solution Person Specification Educated to degree level in English, Media, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or similar professional qualification or relevant equivalent experience Proven experience of designing, implementing and delivering a digital recruitment marketing strategy for a large organization on time and within budget Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate, demonstrating gravitas and establishing credibility when giving advice and guidance at all levels of the organisation Excellent organisational, planning, project management and time management skills, with the ability to work on several projects at once, often to conflicting deadlines Please note this role will be subject to vetting.
